Does prop.os handle sales as well as rentals?
Yes. Properties can be rental or for-sale. Rentals carry tenants and leases; sales carry clients and purchase plans. One dashboard covers both.
How do tenants pay?
Through Paystack payment links — card, bank transfer or USSD. Receipts are matched to the lease automatically and re-verified against Paystack daily.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Reminders work over email out of the box. Connect a WhatsApp Business number and they go out on WhatsApp too, in your agency's name.
Can my staff see everything?
Only what you allow. Roles and per-page permissions are enforced on the server — not just hidden in the interface.
Can the AI change my records?
No. It reads your data to answer questions and draft messages, and everything it drafts is reviewed by you before it's sent. It cannot write to your records.
